AE Leuken Architectural Engineers has been operational since September 2008. For over a decade AEL has provided architectural and engineering design services for residential and commercial buildings.
In addition to building design services we also provide forensic and general building investigations/inspections and have been asked to be an expert witness in legal cases.
We are currently headquartered in Colorado Springs Colorado where we perform most of our work but from time to time will perform work in other locations as we are licensed in Colorado, New Mexico, Kansas, Missouri, and Texas.
We strongly believe that our niche in the construction design industry market goes hand in hand with our ability to provide all building design and inspection services under one roof, low overhead fees, and timely turnarounds – a combination necessary for maintaining and upholding AEL’s high ethical and integrity standards; a formula for professional success and securing repeat business with our satisfied clients.
